This is the Caribbean as you’ve never known it before, home to real adventure and wild with beauty as it has been for centuries, the way pirates discovered it and Jacques Cousteau documented it; the way it should be.

Zophora is a unique resort community under development at Lighthouse Reef Atoll, Belize, intimately connected to the world's most stunning combination of ecological wonders: the mangrove caye and the coral reef. Enjoy the thrill of escape to the welcoming wilds of Long Caye. As ocean ecosystems face grave threats around the world, Zophora provides an opportunity to save the reef while luxuriating in its splendor.

The wild spirit of this island and the reef wall visible from shore invite you to explore, continually surprising you with wonders strange and familiar at the same time. Like the thousands of reef species whose origin is among these roots, you will glide effortlessly between land and sea, gaining a profound understanding of how your experiences above and below the water are interconnected.

Zophora is your host: a gathering of open-air dwellings and wide boardwalks nestled among mangrove roots just minutes from the some of the most awe-inspiring reef and wall dives in the world, and just 15 from the powerful diving experience that is the Great Blue Hole, Belize’s most renowned dive spot.

Discover what it means to know beauty beyond your allowance. Plan your trip to Zophora today... For those interested in owning a home on pristine Long Caye, beachfront homes for sale at preconstruction prices are now available.
